Marisol attended Texas A&M from 1995-1998. She graduated from the University of Houston in 2001 with a Bachelor in Business Administration.  Marisol broke the mold when she was the first one in her family to attend and obtain a University degree. She found her true calling profession as a Mortgage Broker.  Marisol is also a successful entrepreneur and has businesses in North West Houston and Galveston. Marisol's vast knowledge and experience in the real estate industry and mortgage has positioned her as one of the top bilingual Mortgage Brokers in the Houston area. Since the onset of her company, her goal has always been to serve the Houston community by helping families create wealth through homeownership.

Steve Mendez graduated from the University of Prairie View A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2012. In 2012  In 2015 Steve Mendez is the co-owner and Broker of Ameristate Realty. Steve Mendez has served and continues to serve in the U.S. Air Force.
